Maaike Huvermann shares her reasons as to why she loves sailing at home - who else loves sailing at home?

Maaike Huvermann (Severne / Severne Sails / Maui Ultra Fins) has been out and about exploring the Netherlands, which is blessed with plenty of options for flat water no matter the wind direction. The Freestyle Vice-World Champion also shares what it is that makes her enjoy sailing at home so much.

Maaike Huvermann: “Lowlands is a series I have wanted to make for a long time and it's all about windsurfing in the Netherlands. There is so much on offer here for windsurfers, each spot so unique.

Exploring the Netherlands and windsurfing at all these different spots really has been a great time. Stay tuned because I have some really cool things planned!
