Cape Town 2022

Cape Town, South Africa, has been one of the most popular training spots in the world for professional windsurfers for many years due to the reliable Cape Doctor almost guaranteeing conditions between November to March, whilst it offers a blend of flat water and wave conditions. Adrien Bosson (Fanatic / Duotone / Maui Ultra Fins) has been going to Cape Town since 2014 and has recently enjoyed his latest stay in the Mother City.

Adrien Bosson: "January 2022 has been a great month for windsurfing in South Africa around the city of Cape Town. The southeast winds didn't blow as much as the past seasons, but if you are not scared to drive you can score magic days. Less wind, good swell and some hours on the road allowed me to score so many great sessions with friends on many different spots! In the end it was one of the best years I had since I started coming here back in 2014! I didn't miss one... For me it is the place to be to score 100%!
