Maui Dream

A trip to Maui, Hawaii, is probably close to the top of the bucket list for every windsurfer out there. As the spiritual home of windsurfing and its beautiful tropical scenery and climate it truly is a dream destination. One man who just managed to turn his dream into reality is Nick Spangenberg (JP / GUNSAILS / Maui Ultra Fins) with the young German heading there this year for the Aloha Classic, which took place in October. 

Nick Spangerberg: "Since I started windsurfing, I've been dreaming of windsurfing in Maui and competing at the Aloha Classic. This year, I got the opportunity to come to Maui and compete here. Despite not having the best conditions, I enjoyed every second on the island and love the vibe there. Looking back at all the trips I've made this year, it still feels unreal to finally live my "dream life," which wouldn't be possible without my sponsors, family, and friends."
