BiographyJosh Angulo grew up on the North shore of Oahu under the watchful eyes of his 2 older brothers Mark and Andy. As far back as Josh can remember, all the boys where riding surfboards shaped by their Dad, Ed, at their local break Rocky Point. Ed had been building surfboards since high school and was an avid surfer himself.
Surfing was all Josh knew until he was around 6 and he noticed his Dad and his older Brother Mark taking up windsurfing down the street from their house at "Backyards." Ed quickly embraced his growing passion for the sport by jumping full force into making sailboards. All the while, Mark was quickly becoming the hottest new commodity on the pro windsurf scene.
Fast forwarding some years, Josh has carried on the Legendary Angulo family name leaving his stamp firmly planted in windsurfing, with such feats as being the frirst to ever windsurf "JAWS", 2 Windsurfing World Titles, and groundbreaking exploits in the North Atlantic's Cabo Verde islands . With a firm faith in Jesus Christ, strong family support and years under his belt, Josh has matured into one of windsurfing's finest ambassadors and most feared competitors.
